“Don’t buy a house without your own independent Building and Pest Inspection from BPI North Coast.
I was about to buy a house on the North Coast of NSW and had already given a holding deposit on an old Queenslander house, to the Real Estate Agent and while waiting for the contract to be drawn up, I asked BPI North Coast to undertake Building and Pest Inspection.
They found the house full of termites something the current owner was not aware of. They damage was extensive, walls, ceiling, under-floor.
