This week we found live termites in a tree stump and garden bed timbers. This was during a Building & Pest inspection on a 5 acre block at Baldivis. Things to remember include
- Untreated timber & timber in contact with soil should be inspected regularly for pest activity
- Although the site had been inspected 4 months previously, termites were not detected on that occasion
- Vigilance is paramount.
